Service providers and integrators

Usefulness for
your users.

Potential access to CHRONOS may be through an organisation, a platform or an intermediary. The service to be provided to users should guide this exploration.

One need, several points of access

A service provider, aggregator or integrator may encounter users who need to understand their case files, compare information and prepare a decision. This page proposes a framework for discussing these situations.

  1. Define the service to be provided

Which need of the end user are we seeking to meet? At what point in their work would this help be useful?

  2. Clarify responsibilities

Who provides the documents, organises the service, supports the user and checks the results? The scope and conditions of access remain to be assessed.

  3. Evaluate an actual pathway

Before drawing broader conclusions, a bounded case, the information that can be used, the limitations and the acceptance criteria for the result need to be examined.

A possible distribution model

This pathway describes a possible development. It does not announce an established partnership, an available API or compatibility ready for use. The technical and commercial arrangements require a separate assessment.

CHRONOS is in preproduction. The functions presented describe aims and intended uses. Capabilities and performance remain to be evaluated for specific uses.
